We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our team for an immediate start.
Reporting to the Queensland Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and managing a shared inbox with the Customer Service team
- Respond to customer inquiries and general queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage incoming calls
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
- Working collaboratively with our transport operations team to ensure customers are kept up to date with the progress of jobs.
About You:
- Experience using ‘Maximus’ system – Desirable
- Experience in using 1-Stop and Container Chain
- Container transport experience – import and export work
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including a professional telephone manner.
- Exceptional organisational, time management and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A 'can-do' attitude with confident interpersonal skills, forward thinking capabilities and ability to work both autonomously and within a busy team environment.
- Good general administration skills.
