Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our team for an immediate start. 

Reporting to the Queensland Account Manager you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and managing a shared inbox with the Customer Service team
• Respond to customer inquiries and general queries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage incoming calls 
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks 
• Working collaboratively with our transport operations team to ensure customers are kept up to date with the progress of jobs.

About You:

• Experience using ‘Maximus’ system – Desirable 
• Experience in using 1-Stop and Container Chain
• Container transport experience – import and export work
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including a professional telephone manner.
• Exceptional organisational, time management and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• A 'can-do' attitude with confident interpersonal skills, forward thinking capabilities and ability to work both autonomously and within a busy team environment.
• Good general administration skills.
