The opportunity has arisen for a Property & Facilities Administrator to join our exceptional team. Reporting directly to the Head of Property, our new team member will be responsible for supporting the Property and Facilities team in delivering outstanding Building Management for our major clients. The role includes (but is not limited to):
- Assisting in the management of the delivery of all building services.
- Tenant Liaison.
- Contractor management via issuing purchase orders and ensuring the work is completed in a timely manner.
- Following up contractors.
- Maintaining PPM schedules.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports,
- Diligently reviewing maintenance delivery KPI’s.
- Administrating CPS’s safety management system.
- Tracking energy consumption.
- Financial management and budgeting ( R&M, CapEx), including monthly reports.
- Risk management compliance.
- Building inspections.
- Developing strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- General Administration .
Qualifications:
Ideally, the person we are looking for would have a minimum of a year’s Facilities or Property Management Administration/Coordination experience, however outstanding candidates with no prior industry experience will also be considered.
