The Service Administrator will be providing support within the Service Delivery Team supporting client needs, scheduling, ensuring accurate updates are provided to clients and internal stakeholders and ensuring the smooth runnings of the team operations.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Responding to incoming requests and handling client interactions in an efficient and professional manner. Follow through of customer requests and issues to resolution.
- Administration of service orders, accurate data entry and checking updates and progress
- Schedule subcontractor tasks and book services within required timeframes
- Achievement of agreed outcomes to drive superior service delivery and ensure a successful relationship
- Contributing to the team’s continuous improvement initiatives
- Similar experience in an administration coordinator or Customer Service role
- Great problem solving skills; able to use your initiative and critical thinking to find solutions for your team and clients alike
- Team Player - you will be working closely with your team and various internal stakeholders
- Experienced in MS Office and capable in picking up new systems, CRM's and databases.
- Experience in SIMPRO or similar will be beneficial
- Keen to learn and develop - driven to grow within your roles
