We have an opportunity available for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Hobart.
This role will involve making appointments, providing information about specific service or repair needs & documenting vehicle concerns, estimating service / repair time and costs, invoicing, and general administration duties.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential - we are looking for someone with outstanding Customer Service skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
The successful candidate will also have the following skills and attributes:
