Customer Service Advisor

This role could lead to a manager’s position for the right person.

We have been in business for over 15 years and are recognized as industry leaders for providing exceptional service in our region. We provide New & Used vehicle sales, finance & insurance, auto electrical, Mechanical repairs, new parts & accessories, servicing and warranty. This gives us the ability to offer a wide variety of products and services to our valued customers across all 3 businesses. In addition, we have several contracts in place with reputable national companies which enables us to look after some high profile customers where previously we were unable to do so.

 To succeed in this position, you will need strong time management skills and an unwavering commitment to Customer service and best practice business procedures. Previous experience in a Service Department or  administration position will obviously be highly regarded.

Responsibilities will include:

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Provide excellent customer and internal communication

A pleasant and professional manner in person and over the phone

Follow company and Manufacturer policies, processes and systems

Achieve dealership Customer Satisfaction requirements

Team oriented attitude – contribute toward solutions and team planning

Current driver's licence

Need to have the unrestricted right to work in Australia
