- Lead the creation and management of online content, supporting Logan City Council’s ongoing objectives.
- Pioneer customer-centric digital initiatives to enhance user experience.
- Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to uphold legislative requirements and deliver exceptional online services.
- Website development and maintenance, with a focus on content management systems.
- Stay up-to-date with digital service and Customer Experience trends to drive innovative online initiatives.
- Effectively communicate complex information in a simplified manner, ensuring quality Customer Experiences in a digital service environment.
Deliver exceptional Customer Experiences by translating complex information into simple concepts.
- Manage customer expectations in a Digital Customer service environment through effective communication.
- Provide specialist advice to multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- A recognised tertiary qualification in Information Technology is desirable.
- Prior knowledge and experience within a local government environment is advantageous.
- Demonstrated skills in web content writing and editing using corporate content management systems.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage the online image and information services while adhering to legislative requirements.
