Maxima's Recruitment Services are seeking a Content Advisor/Digital Customer Experience Coordinator for a position with their Local Government client.
This is a temporary assignment working 32 hours, through to the end of September 2024 with a possibility of extension.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead a strategic initiatives to enhance websites and digital services, ensuring seamless user experiences and champion continuous improvement in Digital Customer Experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Lead a team of digital specialists, providing guidance on content management, analytics, and market trends.
  • Define and enforce standards and procedures for website management and publishing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align digital initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Identify and leverage emerging technologies to enhance digital services.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Digital Customer Experiences.
