The Role
Ubank’s Customer Service team is expanding. The main responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls from personal customers and brokers, about a range of simple to complex enquires
- Adapting Customer Service techniques to ensure relevance to the current market/banking conditions to ensure that the insights are impactful
- Entering customer details, activities, and opportunities into the system to ensure a robust database is maintained
This is a 12-month temporary assignment with a start date of 8th of April 2024 at 2 Carrington Street, SYDNEY with the potential of extension or permanency. The pay rate is $34.58 per hour plus super. With a rotating roster of 38 hours a week, Monday – Sunday between 8am – 8:30pm. You will know your roster a few weeks in advance, with one or two weekends a month work compulsory. Weekend work attracts a higher hourly rate.
- What you'll need to succeed
- Previous direct Customer Service experience
- Hospitality & retail Customer Service experience is highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly resilient with an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
