Customer Service Agent - $31 per hour + super + benefits

This is not a traditional telemarketing role. We don’t do pressure selling and you won’t be selling products.
As Australia’s leading and most trusted superannuation review company, we have a lot of new clients wanting reviews. To help streamline our service, we’re hiring 3 excellent staff to contact those people, introduce our company, and then transfer those calls to our Client Managers to complete the review.
It means our Client Managers can spend less time chasing people up, and more time doing meaningful reviews.

I don’t know anything about Superannuation?
You’re not alone! Most Aussies know very little about superannuation, that’s why we exist.
You will be given full training and you don’t need to worry about the technical stuff. That’s all taken care of by our Client Managers and our network of award-winning, licensed financial advisers.
Where are you based?
For this role you will be working out of our Mermaid Beach office. At lunch you can walk down to the beach, or grab a free snack from the kitchen and head to our breakout room for darts or a game of pool.
What can I make?
We pay an hourly rate of $31 per hour, plus super. We also have full-time positions available and opportunities to move into other departments for those that excel.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Speaking to clients
- Providing Support for our Review Team
- Speaking to Super Funds and Insurance Companies
- Assisting Clients with Enquiries
Qualifications & experience
- Typing and Computer Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Excellent English
- Sales or Telemarketing Experience
