We are seeking service-centric and luxury minded service professionals to join our Langham Service Centre (Call Centre) team.
Key Responsibilities
As our Langham Service Agent you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to ensure all guest expectations are met or exceeded wherever possible. In this dynamic role, you will handle and transfer all internal and external phone calls which are received via our main switchboard.
As our Langham Service Agent you will also support our Food & Beverage Reservations & Ticketed Events Bookings, In-Room Dining orders, and direct external guests calls to the Reservations Team for Rooms Reservations.
As the first point of contact for future guests and visitors you provide a high level of service and excellent Hotel Knowledge to provide accurate and timely service over the phone to leave a lasting first impression.
Qualifications & Skills
Our Langham Service Agents will view service an art form- passionate about quality in all forms, from the product, to the service, team and delivery! To be successful in the role you will have been in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Other key attributes we are looking for include:
- Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality
- Superior Phone Manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of IT and Systems (opera an advantage)
- Tertiary Qualifications in Hotel/Hospitality/Business or similar
- Australian work rights
