Key Responsibilities
- Assist new and existing customers (Inbound and Outbound calls)
- Present and sell our Home Protection plans to existing and new customers.
- Ensure up to date and accurate customer information obtained and entered in systems.
- Schedule customer appointments for our technicians.
- Resolve customer concerns and issues.
- Meet KPIs and metrics as set out by the business.
Minimum requirements
- Strong work ethics and team player.
- Enjoys interacting with customers.
- Computer literate – Outlook, Microsoft, Excel, word - essential.
- Call Centre or retail experience – would be desirable.
- Excellent communication skills - essential
