An exciting opportunity to join the Serco team based in the Adelaide CBD! The role requires strong Customer Service skills and the ability to adapt to a diverse workload. We are seeking Customer Service Agents to provide support across a variety of contracts in terms of roster management.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing real time management, acting as the contact between the varying Operational Support Centre (OSC) Workforce Management end users in a way that will meet the key performance indicators of the varying contracts in terms of roster management.
The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for facilitating the day to day management of internal customers and external clients roster needs and delivering exceptional Customer Service. The Customer Service Agent will also be required to monitor attendance and shift fill rate across 24/7 coverage, across multiple contracts to ensure adequate coverage in line with contractual KPI’s and business requirements.
