We have a unique opportunity, where you can apply your Customer Service skills and be trained in the industry!We are actively recruiting for a Customer Solutions Agent to join our Customer Service Centre at the Perth Airport head office as part of a team servicing WA concrete customers. Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader, you will be responsible for capturing orders for concrete products, providing delivery updates and resolving a variety of customer and supplier enquiries. As the primary contact for our customers, you will actively partner with internal departments to ensure that all requirements are met.This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the construction industry by completing on the job training on processes and systems within a supportive team culture.Successful candidates will be offered full-time hours across Monday to Friday, and overtime available on Saturdays which is paid at a penalty rates.Your day will involve:
- Receive telephone orders, take payments and manage the orders in the system
- Provide product information and help us improve our customer interactions by building excellent relationships with our loyal customer base
- Understand production capabilities of our plant and truck network to coordinate a cost-effective supply arrangement with our customers
- Utilise vehicle tracking systems to monitor deliveries and provide delivery status information to customers
- Partner with Production, Sales, Allocators, Planners, Product, Transport, Technical and Credit teams
- Previous experience in a fast paced Customer Service role or have the desire to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues/orders
- Proven ability to learn and meet the challenges of an ever changing environment
- Proficiency with navigating multiple systems
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Be available for a shared coverage of hours that range from 6am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday and 6am to 12pm Saturdays
