We have TWO full-time positions open:
Position 1: Buyer’s Agent – Property Buying
In this role, you will:
- Use your real estate expertise to navigate the Perth property market, identifying and securing properties that fulfil client objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, leveraging your research skills to find the best properties.
- Seamlessly guide clients through the buying process, ensuring they secure the best deals possible.
Position 2: Buyer’s Agent – Client Advisor
In this role, you will:
- Engage with pre-qualified warm leads to understand their property buying goals and advise on effective strategies.
- Educate and nurture prospects through the buying process, converting consultations into committed clients.
- Excel in a role that demands robust sales skills and a proven track record in business development.
Requirements for Both Roles:
- Sound experience in the real estate industry and a deep understanding of the Perth property market.
- Exceptional English communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Professional, well-presented demeanor with outstanding relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong drive and determination, coupled with a passion for real estate and client service.
- WA real estate sales registration or license, and your own vehicle.
