Together.We're on a constant journey of improvement, delivering what we proudly call 'SIXT star service' for a seamless and premium experience.Job DescriptionSIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Permanent Full time Customer Experience Agent to join the team at Perth Airport.As a Customer Experience Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales and complete vehicle rentals for SIXT Australia following a set of guidelines and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Opening and closing rental agreements
• Selling additional over the counter rental products
• Managing reservations

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
• Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays
• Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence
• Full working rights in Australia
