About the role:
The role will see you interacting with large corporate customers, handling customer inquiries and updates, processing customer orders, and carrying out a range of Customer Service-related administrative duties.
- Process service orders
- Process vendor invoices and resolve any problems
- Running reports
- Resolving ad-hoc queries from various internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills

- Proven experience within Customer Service
- The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
