The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient operations, as well as performing end-of-day administrative tasks.
Note: This role is a three month contract
Key Responsibilities include:
Data entry in CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce)
Updating customer details
Management of customer orders
Communicating with customers and internal staff
Providing administrative support to customer service team
Assisting Customer Service Team with overflow of work
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric role, with a proven ability to solve customer problems
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using multiple systems simultaneously
Previous experience in customer service within similar environments with order processing responsibilities
