The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient operations, as well as performing end-of-day administrative tasks.
Note: This role is a three month contract
Key Responsibilities include:
- Data entry in CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce)
- Updating customer details
- Management of customer orders
- Communicating with customers and internal staff
- Providing administrative support to customer service team
- Assisting Customer Service Team with overflow of work
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric role, with a proven ability to solve customer problems
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using multiple systems simultaneously
- Previous experience in customer service within similar environments with order processing responsibilities
