Customer Service And Administration Officer

A great opportunity for an experience Customer service and Administration candidate to join this large and growing government agency, or either a 6 or 12 month temporary assignment.About the role:

• Reviewing, processing and assessing documentation and ensure all information is correct and accurate
• Making appropriate decisions in line with delegated authority
• Responding to phone and email enquiries, and providing accurate information and effective support to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining client records
• Data entry and processing
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Scanning and filing documents
• Providing application updates to clients as required

About you:

• You will have previous experience working in an administration or processing administration role previously
• You will be comfortable dealing with inbound phone and email queries, and have strong Customer service skills
• You will have high attention to detail
• You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills
• You will be a strong team player

Benefits:

• ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
• 6- and 12-month temporary assignments
• Full time hours, Monday to Friday - 7.5 hours per day
• Dandenong or Geelong location
• $37.36 per hour + super
