- Reviewing, processing and assessing documentation and ensure all information is correct and accurate
- Making appropriate decisions in line with delegated authority
- Responding to phone and email enquiries, and providing accurate information and effective support to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining client records
- Data entry and processing
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Scanning and filing documents
- Providing application updates to clients as required
- You will have previous experience working in an administration or processing administration role previously
- You will be comfortable dealing with inbound phone and email queries, and have strong Customer service skills
- You will have high attention to detail
- You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills
- You will be a strong team player
- ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- 6- and 12-month temporary assignments
- Full time hours, Monday to Friday - 7.5 hours per day
