About the role
  • Mentor, coach and manage a customer focused and engaged Customer Service and Administration Team ensuring market leading delivery of Service and achievement of company KPIs
  • Ensure consistent execution of administration processes including procurement, asset management, sales orders, customer invoicing, credits and all associated month-end processing and reconciliation.
  • Highlight risks, opportunities, and alternatives to resolve or enhance service performance
  • Manage and maintain accurate data records
  • Drive continuous improvement in the utilisation and productivity of administration and Customer Service processes
  • Hands-on team, site and operational support where required
About you
  • Experience in managing/ supervising Customer Service/administrative teams and personnel
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor a team through change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-of-month administration processes
  • Proven track record of process simplification & standardisation
business administration or equivalent experience * Familiarity with contact centre technologies and customer relationship management platforms and reporting
