The successful applicant will be required in the company's Customer Service department. Hours 8.30am to 5pm
What You’ll do
Engage with customers via phone or email
Provide assistance and resolve enquiries
Swiftly and accurately handle Data Entry tasks
Collaborate with team members
What we’re looking for
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key attention to detail for precise Data Entry
Previous experience in Customer Service and Data Entry is a plus
Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office is required, and training will be provided on other software platforms used for the company's Data Entry.
Salary will reflect the successful candidate's level of experience . Biannual salary reviews will also be conducted.
