Foodboss is currently seeking an experienced full time Customer Service / Data Entry Clerk to join the team based in our Penrith site
Normal Hours of Work:
7am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday
Duties and responsibilities within this role are varied and will include, but not be limited to:
- Respond to telephone calls, manage and prioritizing emails in a shared inbox and enter Customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Processing of client bookings via email.
- Liaise between the customer, the warehouse team and operations team
- Problem solving and complaint resolution
- Learn other functions of other team members to achieve cross training and carry out tasks as required
- Chasing ETA for customers
- Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Attend to Inbound and outbound customer service calls/ queries
- Provide updates concerning consignment status and Proof of Deliveries.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years’ customer service experience
- Data entry skills – High level of accuracy
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Team player, able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the Transport industry
- Passionate about customer service levels being met
- Extensive & high speed data entry experience
- Have strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- A keen eye for detail along with a high level of accuracy, working to strict deadlines
- Computer knowledge with excellent Excel skills
- Despatch / Warehouse experience
- Ability to multitask and work toward deadlines
