- Respond to customer enquiries, provide pricing, elaborate quotes. Inform stock situation, provide lead time.
- Follow up on customer enquiries.
- Process customer orders.
- Follow up customers to ensure they pay on time.
- Issue invoice and packing list and inform customer for shipment information.
- Liaise with customers to handle delivery effectively.
- Assist to organise participation in exhibitions and marketing activities.
- System registration of new customers.

- Liaise with warehouse to ensure proper supply of goods.
- Liaise with customer to organise the collection of goods, provide invoice and packing list. Liaise with the freight forwarder to get the goods collected.
- Liaise with forwarder to ensure timely delivery, avoid delays and timely collection of empty containers.
- Place purchase orders with Kuriyama group and 3rd party suppliers and receive the shipments.
- Assist with physical inventory checking 2 times a year in June and December.
