We are seeking a motivated and diverse customer-focused individual to join our team in our Wetherill Park NSW Office.
Key Responsibilities are:
•Answer inbound customer calls and emails,
•Provide a positive customer experience,
•Provide prompt, reliable and accurate information to clients,
•Resolving customer complaints and concerns,
•Taking customer orders over the phone and providing help for customers navigate our website,
•Help and maintain the office and equipment.
•Create and maintain documentation for new and existing products,
•Helping the warehouse staff with label making and warranty claims, and
•Other duties that are assigned by management on an occasional basis
About You
To be successful, you will require:
•General knowledge of retail business practice, laws & procedures.
•Knowledge of and proficiency in computer applications and systems. For example Microsoft office and Google applications.
•Ability to efficiently manage priorities with limited supervision.
•Experience in customer service
•Thrive on providing great customer service to a client base of both established and new clients
•Must be willing to learn
•Be confident, enthusiastic and passionate
•Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
