Customer Service and Office Administration

Full Time position available or 

Full Time/Part time (30 hours) for a Experienced Applicant - School hours negotiable

Custom Screens is a family owned and run business that has been supplying WA with Security and Aluminium products for over 40 years. Over the last few years, the business has expanded exponentially, and this business formed 2 entities, Custom Screens and Custom Windows.

Due to company growth Custom Screens is now currently looking to expand its workforce further and requires an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Agent, located in our Bassendean head office.

You will be working across the Security business and Aluminium Windows Business.

This role will suit a junior applicant looking to learn and grow in a office enviroment or A experienced applicant possibly wanting to rejoin the workforce or limit their hours (30 hours week) to suit daily family commitments.

Your role would include/but not limited to:

  • Responding to Incoming Customer Needs received Via telephone, CRM Systems and email whilst providing excellent Customer Service.
  • Liaising with clients Face to Face in our showroom environment.
  • Providing on phone or email quotations for our customers.
  • Liaising with clients to schedule sales team calendars for onsite client quotes.
  • Providing support for Management by assisting with office tasks.
  • Organising and collating paperwork for the accounts team.

Skills you have:

  • A fantastic attention to detail, friendly personality and can communicate clearly with customers and internal staff.
  • Not scared to answer a phone or be the forst to help a customer in our showroom ( with a big smile)!
  • Great organisation and multi-tasking skills.
  • A Knowledge of Excel & Word is advantagous.
  • A very friendly personality.
  • A “ Can Do Attitude ” !
