- Full time hours, Mon-Fri
- Respond to technical enquires that may encompass product ingredients, formulation and safety of use
- Receive, respond and resolve consumer complaints and enquires
- Record data and ensure all information is correct in the database
- Develop and maintain current knowledge of the pharmacovigilance requirements for Australia and overseas
- Provide training for Pharmacovigilance responsibilities to relevant staff
- Prepare weekly and monthly product quality and safety reviews
- Work closely with internal stakeholders
- Tertiary education in Pharmacy
- MUST have working experience as a Pharmacist
- Previous Pharmacovigilance experience (highly advantageous)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quality focused with high attention to detail
