If you have hands-on industry experience in repairs, manufacturing or warehouse, or an interest in pursuing a career dedicated to understanding how mechanical tool and systems work - this position could be right for you. The Role: Key responsibilities within the role are as stated, but not limited to;Collaborate closely with our dedicated Customer Service staff and office managementExpertly manage customer correspondence, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.Handle purchase orders, streamline processes, and assist in preparing accurate and compelling quotes.Tackle various ad hoc administration tasks with finesse and efficiency.Assist the warehouse with technical support for product support, explanations or guidance as required.
