We are looking for a Customer Service Clerk to join our Sydney team in a permanent full-time role.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data input on the center operations within specific deadlines into UPS systems
- Entering Waybill details
- Entering Proof of Delivery details and upload
- Creating EDN and entry into database
- Scanning and forwarding documents
- Provides administrative support to the management team
- Other daily tasks as specified by the Operations Management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Previous experience in an operational environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (accurate typing speed of 60+ words per minute)
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Capacity to analyze data and implement changes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer focused
