- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the front counter.
- Assist customers with freight check-in procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding freight shipping requirements and regulations.
- Collaborate with airline staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations at the check-in counter.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the check-in area to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in the airline industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing documentation and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- The role is on a 12-18 month fixed term casual contract
- There are multiple vacancies available.
- Being an airline - shifts are staggered, full time hour shifts between 6am and 9pm, some weekend work required (penalty rates apply)
- Rosters are provided 4 weeks in advance - making it easy to plan other important things outside of work-life, and allow for work / life balance.

- Police check and Drug & Alcohol test will be completed prior confirmation successful for a role
- Successful candidates will be put through a process to obtain an ASIC, once ASIC is received, candidates will be able to commence.
- Please note that receiving an ASIC can take anywhere from 1 - 6 weeks.
