Breezway is an Australian company that manufactures and markets awarding-winning Louvre Window products all around the world. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Consultantat our Coorparoo office.
About the Opportunity
In this varied and fast-paced role you will provide our clients with an excellent customer experience by answering their queries over the phone and by email. Another key element of the role is to accurately process customer orders and quotes, which entails a large amount of data entry work.
You will also:
- Answer customer enquiries and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Process orders and other related administrative and data entry tasks
- Liaise with other internal departments to help answer customer queries
- Achieve individual key performance indicators
- Work effectively as part of a high-performing team
We will of course provide you with all the training you need so that you feel confident in assisting our customers.
About You
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people who have well-developed communication skills and a commitment to providing great customer care. You will need to be able to prioritise and accurately complete administrative and data entry tasks in a busy environment.
You will also have:
- Previous experience of helping customers in a retail or Customer Service role
- Excellent computer/data entry skills
- Superior telephone skills (ability to build rapport)
- A real passion for Customer Service and a genuine interest in helping people
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Great attention to detail
- Initiative and problem solving skills
About the Benefits
This is a permanent, full time role, working Monday to Friday (no evenings or weekends..!)
