About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and in accordance with our recipes and specifications. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain consistency and quality in all aspects of food production.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section of the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with menu development and special event planning
About You:
- Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for food
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
