At CLS, we are experts in Travel Visas and Documentation services. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Canberra. The successful candidate will possess the ability to learn, retain and utilise a large and varied amount of information in a short amount of time. They will also have the ability to work both individually and as part of a team, and also able to operate within a face paced and time critical environment.
If you work well under pressure, have a high level of self-motivation and initiative, and are service and team orientated, this is the position for you.
On the job training will be provided to the right person.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
- Interaction with a variety of clients through a number of channels including face-to-face, email and telephone calls
- Preparing documentation as per company guidelines and procedures
- Monitor and maintain client records to ensure deadlines are met
- Perform quality assurance and preparation checks of documentation as per company guidelines and procedures
- General administrative duties
Selection Criteria:
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
- Accurate data entry skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, and to work individually, as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated professionalism in the workplace
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures necessary for completion of tasks
- Initiative to progress tasks with minimal supervision and ability to seek direction as needed
- Proactive and independent qualities
