The primary goal of this role is to cultivate and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients while continuously enhancing the quality of services. Your responsibilities will include promptly addressing client inquiries in line with our performance standards and utilising your industry expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Design, and Support teams, as well as interact with departments such as Product Development, Production, Marketing, Distribution, and Management. Your role will involve delivering exceptional client experiences, processing orders efficiently, and nurturing proactive client relations.
