The Role
Responsibilities include:
- Courteous, professional and prompt Customer Service via telephone and email.
- Advising customers on solutions, inclusions and add-ons
- Preparing quotes and specifications.
- Ensuring contract and task details are recorded and communicated accurately.
- Liaising with supervisors, transport, yard crews, install teams and other divisions as appropriate so that customers' needs are fulfilled.
- Dealing with breakdown and service inquiries.
- General contribution and support for the team.
Importantly, you will take ownership of the customers and their requirements. It's up to you, with the support of the team around you, to see their needs fulfilled.
You
You will be customer-centric with a solution-focus. Familiarity with the hire industry or construction is desirable, but if you have experience in sales and Customer Service in a professional environment, that's a great start.
You will probably need to show that you have done more than simply take orders, including building relationships and thinking outside of the box. As a team player, you know that others will help you, as you also help them, with everyone succeeding together.
Your track record in self-development will be viewed very favourably. Our business grows as our team grows, it's as simple as that. You will also be adept at working with other teams for coordination and support.
