As a Part-Time Project Coordinator with Your Realty Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our clients' projects. Working closely with our team, you'll assist clients from initial land acquisition to the final handover of keys to tenants.

Candidates must reside on the Eastern Coast of Australia and be available to travel once a month for meetings and training with advance notice provided.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in the acquisition of land for investment properties.
2. Coordinate and manage project milestones, ensuring timely completion.
3. Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing questions and concerns.
4. Utilise our live platform to offer real-time progress updates to clients.
5. Maintain project documentation and ensure client accessibility via our platform.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
7. Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Continuously seek process improvement opportunities to enhance the client experience.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in project coordination or management preferred.
2. Strong organisational skills and innate attention to detail is a must.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines effectively.
5. Proficiency in using technology and willingness to learn new platforms.
6. Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to outstanding service.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
8. Flexibility to work part-time hours, approximately 10-15 hours per week initially, with potential for increased hours.
