We are on the hunt for a Customer Service representative to join our team in Moorebank!
A normal day in your new role…
- Answer customer calls – help with any questions they have; process orders and provide updates on existing orders.
- Work closely with the warehouse to ensure that we are meeting our customers requirements
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
- Prepare quotes
- Work with a high volume email system
