Your new role
In this role you’ll require prior experience in Freight Forwarding industry with an understanding of Import Seafreight & Airfreight Forwarding. You’ll also be allocated your own portfolio of clients which you’ll work with on a regular basis.
Key Duties & Responsibilities will include
Dealing with clients/customers/stakeholders via telephone and email
Identify and escalate issues
Administrative support for all other service colleagues & contractors
Working on multiple systems in relation freight forwarding
What you'll need to succeed
Industry experience working in freight forwarding or logistics
Good Time Management Skills & attention to detail
Who can work in an inclusive and busy team environment
Willingness to learn and grow
Good communication skills both written & verbal
What you'll get in return
