Position Description:
- Your primary goal in this role is to delight our customers, providing experiences that brighten their day.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our global customer base, ready to assist via social media channels, phone, email, chat, or any other communication channel as required.
- Investigate customer issues thoroughly, ensuring solutions are provided promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with our product team, couriers, third-party logistics (3PLs) and various departments to resolve any customer concerns.
- Handle a multitude of administrative and customer support tasks simultaneously.
- Approach unexpected challenges with composure and determination.
- Strive to offer a customer experience that's nothing short of exceptional.
- Develop product knowledge expertise.
- Champion our brands and products with enthusiasm. We maintain high standards and count on you to convey our key messages effectively.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skill in both writing or speaking.
- A natural at building relationships, engaging in conversations, and enjoying a good laugh.
- A solid work ethic, constantly striving to meet and exceed KPIs.
- A proactive approach, taking ownership of your tasks and exhibiting excellent time management.
- Strong empathy, with the ability to see things from the customer's perspective.
- An inquisitive and analytical mindset, always eager to understand the 'why' and 'how.'
- A knack for innovation, consistently generating ideas to enhance our processes.
- Capable of excelling independently or as part of a team.
- A passion for cooking and entertaining is a plus.
Salary Package & Company Details
- This is a full-time position based in our Melbourne office.
- $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
