Wymap Group are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to work across multiple business units. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Customer Service and recruitment functions.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient Customer Service operations and overseeing administrative tasks critical to the company's success. You will serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, onsite staff, and clients, delivering exceptional service while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires availability five days a week, including on-call after-hours commitments to attend to driver welfare communication.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service and foster a customer-focused environment.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and drivers through various communication channels.
- Support Recruitment Activities such as Pre-screening, Interviewing, and Onboarding of employees.
- Carry out weekly, monthly or Quarterly Meeting with clients.
- Conduct site visits across Perth metro to engage with the casual workforce.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to address operational performance issues
- Develop post and manage Job Applications through internal CRM Systems.
- Ensure CRM systems are update to date with information.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, administration, or recruitment fields
- Understanding of Labour Hire operations (Desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
