The Arbor Centre is WA’s leading Arboriculture business; delivering a unique blend of tree services including; tree relocation, tree consultancy, tree surgery, tree farm operations, tree supply & installation and infrastructure protection.

Our clients include Landscape Architects and Contractors, Land and Property Developers, Local and State Government, Town Planners, Project Managers and the Public.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our existing team on a full-time basis. Reporting to our Head of Sales, the Customer Service Coordinator will ensure that our customers receive the best possible service when making enquiries about our products & services. 

The role includes some general administrative support for both the Sales Team and the Operational Teams which typically includes; tree purchase agreements, tree registers, first aid kits, uniforms, staff refreshments, mail collection and PPE supplies. 

You’ll also be carrying out some basic financial admin support (no financial qualifications or experience is necessary) in order to help coordinate documentation and information to external parties.  

Recognising the specialist nature of our business, there is no expectation that the applicant has previous tree knowledge. Ongoing support will be provided to the successful applicant.  

Customer Service Coordinator: Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Accurately listen to, record and respond to customer communications. 
  • Accurately schedule/organise bookings for customer jobs using the company’s cloud software system. 
  • Direct incoming customer queries to the advice or service that will best meet their needs. 
  • Work with customers and internal colleagues to solve problems and reach satisfactory conclusions.  
  • Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and internal colleagues. 
  • Be knowledgeable about the company’s products and services as appropriate. 
  • Record and update customer information in the company’s cloud software system 
  • Perform administrative tasks and provide administrative support as assigned by the Sales Team and Operational Team 
  • With support, develop an appropriate level of tree services knowledge.  
  • Participate in Sales Team meetings. 

Customer Services Coordinator - Experience and Skills 

  • Contact centre/Customer Service experience. 
  • An excellent, clear, and professional telephone manner 
  • Great problem solving and organisational skills. 
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Word, and Excel) 
  • Clean Driving Licence 
  • High levels of competency in English 
  • Self-motivated  
  • Collaborative skills needed to liaise with Sales Team colleagues, Management and Internal operational staff. 
  • The ability to work independently whilst maintaining a Team-player mindset.

This is a full-time position, based at our HQ in Wattle Grove, with office hours ranging between 8.00am to 5.30pm from Monday – Friday.
