THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Internal Sales Team Member based in Ormeau. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Trade team - reporting to the Internal Sales Manager.
This is a full time role – working Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing and entering orders & developing product knowledge
- Providing exceptional Customer Service with Trade customers
- Liaison with manufacturing and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members
- Undertaking administrative duties to assist internal and external sales team.
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU
- Desirable – experience in the building or construction industry
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships
- An eye for detail and order entry, with a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Strong and stable record in phone or face to face Customer Service and/or sales
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
