Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a reliable candidate to join our team, with roles including but not limited to:
- Responding to incoming calls and emails
- Data entry, which involves entering pickups and deliveries into the TMS -Transvirtual.
- Customer service, including assisting customers with queries and POD searches
- Basic filing tasks associated with a busy office
The successful applicant MUST have the following skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Must have own transport, as public transport is not available.
Requirements:
- No previous applicants need to apply
- Previous Transport industry experience is preferred
- This role would ideally suit a person with strong attention to detail, who is able to handle a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds in a professional manner
- The successful applicant must have a passion for Customer Service
- This is NOT a call centre role
- The role requires someone who can problem-solve, prioritise, and use their initiative
- Some overtime may be required from time to time
- Working days are from Monday to Friday.
