Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking another 'perfect fit' for our fast paced office.
You will primarily be responsible for answering phone calls, & actioning emails.
Duties will include:
Answer phones & direct calls to relevant team members
Answer general enquiries
Monitor main communications email
Action emails / work orders / purchase orders to meet KPI targets
Enter jobs into job management system(simPRO)
Book jobs as per schedule requirements, where required
Additional admin tasks such as scanning, filing, document control, data entry where requested.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has a very keen eye for detail & high accuracy.
Is able to work quickly, yet efficiently to meet time critical KPI targets for our customers.
Has great customer service skills & is able to communicate clearly & professionally, yet have a sense of empathy & understanding.
Is able to work both autonomously & in a team environment.
Is proactive, positive & always looking for solutions/ideas to improve.
Experience on Apple, Google & simPRO software highly regarded, however training will be provided to the right candidate.
Hours will be Monday - Friday from 9am - 3pm so may suit a parent with school age children.
