About the Role, you will be required to
- Prepare and Process Service quotes (with support from Technical Services Manager & BDM), Service Orders and Service tickets.
- Request, obtain and process Purchase Orders and change orders
- Assisting with the day to day activities of the warehouse including; stocktake, packing parts etc (heavy lifting may be required)
- Meet and exceed KPI’s
- Review and action emails from Customer Service Inbox
- Coding Invoices for AP processing
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Scan and file documents
- Troubleshoot systems via email and phone.
- Prepare supporting documentation and submit orders for invoicing.
- Maintain spreadsheets as required.

- Flexibility in approach to work and hours
- Forklift License preferred - willingness to obtain one
Skills and experience
- Min 2 years. Office / Customer Service Experience
- Ability to analyse and interpret documents such as safety rules, site plans, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
