A well known Australian household name, this national organisation are very established and leaders in their multi-disciplinary fields of expertise.
They're looking for a Customer Service candidate to join them for temporary assignment with the view to permanency. This role will be for an initial 2-5 month period, however could extend beyond this period.
This role is a mixture of customer service and administration to this clients residential network.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Inbound and outbound calls regarding enquiries from customers as leads come through
- Provide product information to customers and escalating enquiries as needed
- Scheduling visits for the sales reps whilst preparing quotes
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
- Are a recent graduate or customer service professional looking to get a foot in the door within the corporate world
- Have a love for customer service and resolving problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with ease
- Can start ASAP
