Customer Service & Administration Consultant to commence immediately in their office in South Geelong.What’s on offer?
- Ongoing casual role with view to perm
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
- South Geelong location
- $32.73 per hour
Your duties will include but are not limited to:- Providing exceptional support to customers over the phone and via email
- Assist customers with service calls regarding booking appointments for routine or preventative maintenance, breakdowns or repairs and warranty issues of their healthcare and assistive equipment
- Booking appointments, preparing quotes and entering job orders into the system
- Liaising with the Service Technicians and other relevant departments
- Handle customer enquiries and customer complaints
- Be proactive in developing and maintaining product knowledge
- General administration duties
To be successful in these roles you will require the following skills:
- Previous Customer Service and administration experience in an office based environment
- Previous service or warranty experience highly regarded but not essential
- The ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
