- Managing inbound/outbound calls and email inquiries from customers
- Management of email inbox from both customers residential and commercial
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Entering data - Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer's forms/applications/requests, and filing documents
- Order processing for customers
- Providing technical assistance for warranties when required
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Capacity to handle challenging situations in a professional manner
- Experience working within fast paced environments with the ability to be adaptable to competing demands
- High attention to detail with demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills
