Joining the Customer Service team you will be responsible for the seamless Customer Service and administrative function of the office. This role requires you to be on-site 5 days a week.

• Managing inbound/outbound calls and email inquiries from customers
• Management of email inbox from both customers residential and commercial
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Entering data - Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer's forms/applications/requests, and filing documents
• Order processing for customers
• Providing technical assistance for warranties when required

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
• Capacity to handle challenging situations in a professional manner
• Experience working within fast paced environments with the ability to be adaptable to competing demands
• High attention to detail with demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills
