Customer Service - Front Counters

Troocoo have engaged with a leading QLD Government agency to recruit multiple Customer Service staff. These roles are commencing immediately until 26th July 2024. You will be providing courteous Customer Service (face to face and phone) requests for the public. This are exciting roles for Customer Service superstars! Sound like you? These roles will be working between Southbank and Brisbane North (as far as Caboolture) – you must have your own reliable mode of transport to be considered.Role duties:

• Managing and triaging a high volume of customer requests
• Engaging with customers face to face, providing exceptional service
• Answering queries and processing applications
• Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional service!

About you:

• Previous demonstrated experience in Customer Service in a face to face capacity and on the phone
• Ability to pick up systems and processes up quickly
• Professional approach towards work and reliability
• Must be able to work in Southbank and travel to the Brisbane Northside suburbs as required
• Must be able to pass a criminal history check

These roles are full-time hours and you will be given a roster in advance on location and shifts. The working hours are between 8:00AM – 5:00PM.We thank you for your interest, however we are not accepting calls in relation to this role.Share this job
