Job Description: We are currently seeking an outgoing and proactive individual to join our team as Front of House/Counter and Customer Service staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service from the moment they walk through the door.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and assisting them with their orders
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling cash and processing payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front counter area
- Providing information about our menu items and specials
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Able to work unsupervised
Requirements:
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate (can be obtained after start)
- I'm Alert Food Safety Certificate (can be obtained after start)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts between 11:00 am to 8:30 pm, Wednesday through Sunday
- Availability for approximately 15-20 hours per week
