ABOUT SHOUZ:
We are a Family owned South Australian business that has been operating as a footwear retailer in Adelaide for over 45 years. We have a reputation for excellent service and great products and have a rapidly growing online presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- First point of contact for all customer queries via phone, email, and any other channels. Provide support to resolve any customer issues and queries and build rapport with new and existing customers through personal and efficient Customer Service
- Customer Satisfaction – ensuring we are here to create a genuinely caring and delightful experience.
- Manage the online relationship with stores. Effectively communicating store fulfilment and direct to consumer order requests.
- Manage the fulfilment of all online and marketplace orders within agreed deadlines ensuring parcels are packaged according to brand guidelines and products are checked for quality
- Process all online Returns and exchanges within agreed deadlines
- Assist with stock management and the upkeep of the warehouse
- Refill Inventory into Retail stores on a daily basis
- Liaise with Delivery Driver on a daily basis
- Accepting, processing and unpacking of stock deliveries.
- Deliver all assigned projects
EXPERIENCE AND CORE COMPETENCIES
- Excellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a drive for meticulous results
- An effective communicator with strong organisational skills
- A self-motivator who is results driven
- Experience with CMS', Shippit, eParcel and general logistics processes.
- Physically able to lift boxes up to 15kg and climb ladders
The ideal applicant must display a high level of phone & email customers service to provide customers with an excellent online & in store experience, display a high level of organisation and the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner, strong communication skills both verbal and written and be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
